Aquino III, under Proclamation No. 682 due to typhoon Yolanda for the purpose of supporting its recovery and rehabilitation programs in order that situation and living conditions of people therein maybe normalized as quickly as possible in accordance with Liga ng nmga Barangay, Quezon City Chapters Operation Plan Agapay sa Kapatid na Barangay (Oplan Akap Barangay) and for other purposes.en_US
