No. 283, Page No. 58, Book No. XII, series of 1992, under which contract the Quezon City Government, as vendor sells in favor of Paulino Manuel, a parcel of land consisting of Sixty-Two square meters and Seventy-Three square decimeters, being a portion of the land covered by TCT No. 265221 with a total area of Five Thousand Eight Hundred Eighteen (5,818) square meters, the sale being approved by the President of the Philippines on MAy 8, 1987 pursuant to section 25 of P.D. 526, all such documents are attached and made as integral parts thereof. |
