| Abstract: | Amid the threat of the COVID-19 pandemic, 2019 and the first quarter of 2020 have been very rewarding and fruitful for the Quezon City Public Library. For us, we have accomplished so much, both in terms of capacity building and personnel development, which we believed are worthy of emulation and inspiration to other libraries, especially those in the public library sector. |
