Before the March 17, 2020 lockdown, the Quezon City Public Library (QCPL) was teeming with clients --- from students to professionals and even those who are in the valuable sector such as senior citizens and persons with disabilities. From research to review, the QCPL boasts of a multitude of services that goes beyond books as people’s quest for knowledge and information grew day by day. And then, the closure of QCPL following the lockdown. As movement became restricted and face to face transaction discouraged, the QCPL was hard pressed to make itself relevant during the pandemic.en_US
