| Abstract: | ast June 11,2020, the National Library of the Philippines (NLP) in partnership with the Association of Librarians in the Public Sector (ALPS) Inc. and REGALO Touching Lives conducted a free webinar on Library Resiliency. One of the invited resource speakers was Lucila Raquiño, Head of the Library Extension Division under the Quezon City Public Library (QCPL). Her topic was “Libraries and Remote Services during COVID-19: Challenges and Opportunities”. Ms. Raquiño is also the incumbent President of ALPS, Inc. |
