dc.description.abstractAmidst the threat of COVID-19, the District Libraries Division successfully conducted a Webinar entitled “Re- Inventing Library Services in the New Normal” on September 17 via google meet. A total sixty-nine (69) participants joined the activity. The objective of the Webinar was to help branch library staff as to how to respond and expand library services in order to meet the needs of library users through its technological advancement under the new normal setting.en_US
