dc.description.abstract | It’s been a while since I was designated as Officer-In-Charge of our beloved QCPL. For almost 3 months since October, na bumaba ang aking Office Order, or 5 months since the retirement of Boss Emy, masasabi kong napaka-challenging lalo na sa panahong ito ng pandemya at nasa period of adjustment ako bilang inyong pansamantalang tagapamuno. | en_US |
