It is important to take care of our eyes as poor vision makes it difficult to read, cook, drive and can significantly affect one’s work. However, many eye problems and diseases can be prevented if given proper care and treatment early. Eating fruits and vegetables like mangoes, bananas, sweet potatoes and carrots, which are high with beta-carotene, a form of Vitamin A, will make our eyes healthy. Taking dairy products like milk and any yogurt can also be added to your eye diet. Seeking advice of an eye professional for prescription will also prevent the deterioration of our vision.en_US
