dc.description.abstract | Responsible Parenthood is the will and ability of parents to respond to the needs and aspirations of the family and children. It is a shared responsibility of the husband and the wife to determine and achieve the desired number, spacing, and timing of their children according to their own family life purposes, taking into account psychological preparedness, health status, and economic concerns. Aware of the importance of parenting, the QCPL Outreach and Extension Services in coordination with Masambong Branch Library in District I reached out to the parents of Baran gay Masambong on January 24, 2018 through the conduct of a seminar on values formation with the theme: Responsible Parenthood , with the aim to educate them, especially those who had children at a young age and for them to mold their children to be God-fearing, hardworking and compassionate individuals, so that when they grow up they will be able to contribute to the welfare of the community. | en_US |
