| Abstract: | Parenting Seminar is a continuing activity of the QCPL led by the City Librarian Ms Emelita L. Villanueva to reach out to the barangays and disseminate the value and importance of responsible parenthood for a happy and successful family life. It has become the advocacy of the QCPL to increase awareness on values formation cascading down to the barangays as the basic institution of our society. |
