| Abstract: | As a public library, it is also our thrust to help improve the lives of our community. We are not just a building. we are a library that provides not only library services but also as an instrument of social change. The QCPL Novaliches Branch café @ lib, a one-room coffee shop that serves hot coffee, sandwiches and cookies, has been a venue of a seminar that will provide business opportunities to the constituents of the barangay. |
