The activity was held at the new Quezon City Public Library within the city hall compound on Elliptical Road, Diliman, Barangay Central last July 27, 2018. Publication Services Head, Lucila Raquiño, and Publication Services staff Maria Cecilia R. Magnate and Zestli M. Buenaventura organized the one-day workshop seminar.en_US
