Ms. Janette Fernandez, producer of the State of the Nation with Jessica Soho interviewed Mr. Edsel Ramirez, the founder of the Philippine Toy Library. According to Mr. Ramirez the mission of PTL is to give happiness to children irrespective of the context of their life. “Let kids be kids”. “Let them experience how to play.” “It’s their right to play”.
