| Abstract: | In line with Proclamation No. 563, “Designating March 9 of every year as Public Library Day”, the Quezon City Public Library and its branch libraries conducted various activities with the national theme “Public Libraries CLICK when the Local Officials Lead”. The celebration was not just a day but a month -long celebration for the QCPL. |
