| Abstract: | The Quezon City Public Library – Novaliches Branch conducted a LEARN TO EARN: Training on Basic Welding held at Novaliches Branch library from May 21 – 24, 2019. It was organized and facilitated by Ms. Emerlina R. Tan, Coordinator, District V Libraries together with Mr. Neptali Necomedez S. Remoral (NCII Licensed Welder) and Mr. Eduardo Sabiniano as Instructor and Assistant Instrutor, respectively. The activity was participated in by people from all walks of life. |
