dc.description.abstractThe QCPL, represented by Mr. Alistair Troy B. Lacsamana attended the ALA (American Library Association) Annual Conference and Exhibition held in Washington DC last June 20- 25, 2019. He co-presented a paper with Mr. John Hickok about Quezon City Public Library’s best practices on outreach services entitled: Quezon City Public Library: Innovative Outreach Efforts to Multiple Community Stakeholders. Mr. Hickok is an international outreach librarian at California State University, Fullerton. He is passionate and enthusiastic about international librarianship and helped a lot of Asian libraries develop partnerships with foreign counterparts.en_US
