| Abstract: | wo branches of Quezon City Public Library (QCPL) has successfully participated in promoting the welfare of children with special needs during the celebration of the 41st National Disability Prevention & Rehabilitation Week last July. A film showing and a forum dubbed as “Lokal na Pamahalaan: Kabalikat sa Pagtupad ng Karapatan ng mga Taong May Kapansaan” was conducted in the city’s library Cubao branch, while a puppet show held at Krus na Ligas Elementary School last July 23, 2019 in Krus na Ligas branch, both for the celebration of the occasion. |
