| Abstract: | 2019 gave the QCPL abundant blessings. So much to thank God and be grateful for all the staff that performed what was beyond their assigned duties; for all the support and help extended by our city officials, especially our City Mayor Joy Belmonte and to our partners who in one way or another provided their expertise, knowledge and resources to the library that lead to the outstanding library services rendered to our QC constituents. Our gratitude is beyond words. |
