| Abstract: | It has been long since the National Library of the Philippines was waiting for a new Director to be appointed by the President of this Re public. Well, the long wait had come. On January 2017, a thirty five year old, young, educated, decent handsome family man from Davao City was appointed to administer the task as the new Director of the National Library of the Philippines in place of the late Atty. Antonio Santos. He is non other than Director Cesar Gilbert Q. Adriano. |
