| Abstract: | Being a leader, it takes a lot of guts and perseverance. I’ve been in the service for 35 years and a leader for 17 years. With these experiences, I know I am still not perfect but I know I am faithful to HIM, that I prayed a lot for guidance and protection in this endeavor especially in the library wherein our commitment is to give right information to researchers and that includes presenting ourselves with a good image as being also an educator to public users and to staff who look up to us to set a good example to them |
