| Abstract: | Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) in partnership with the LGU’s in Metro Manila formally launched the BSP’ Knowledge Resource Network last March 14, 2017. BSP Governor Armando Tetangco, Jr. led the signing of Memorandum of Understanding. Our Honorable City Mayor Herbert M. Bautista was represented by QCPL’s City Librarian, Ms. Emelita L. Villanueva. Also present were Navotas City Mayor John Rey Tiangco, Metro Manila’s City Librarians & other City Officials. |
