| Abstract: | he Quezon City Public Library – Library Extension Services conducted a “Responsible Parenthood Seminar” in two (2) District Library Branches on August 24, 2017 and August 31 at Project 7 and in Novaliches Branch respectively. The said seminar is a continuous program of QCPL thru the Library Extension Services, in partnership with the QC Barangay Operations Center. It was formally launched on October 4, 2012 at the 14/f, Q.C. Hall Main Building. It aims to be an extension arm of our City Government in educating parents on Responsible Parenthood, thru its theme “Tamang Kaalaman sa Pagmamagulang ay Tagumpay ng Isang Barangay. |
