In line with this, the Technical Services Section of the Quezon City Public Library facilitated a seminar with the topic "Protecting Creativity in a Digital World : Understanding Copyright, Avoiding Plagiarism" held on September 22, 2017 at the QCPL-Main Conference Room. Ms. Michelle A. Flor, Copyright Examiner, at the National Library of the Philippines, lend her valuable knowledge, experiences and expertise and answered questions from librarians and library staff of Main and Branch libraries.en_US
