| Abstract: | The National Commission on Culture and the Arts (NCCA) and the National Library of the Philippines (NLP) hosted Chinese delegates from Qingdao Municipal Bureau of Culture, Broadcasting, Press and Publication, and from Qingdao Municipal Library. This is in line with the multicultural agreement between the Republic of the Philippines and the People’s Republic of China, to further develop and strengthen cultural exchanges between both countries. Part of the itinerary for the delegates is to visit different types of libraries. |
