Bernardo Elementary School. The Quezon City Public Library (QCPL) Head Librarian Ms. Emelita L. Villanueva was invited to assist QC School Division Office (SDO) Superintendent Elizabeth Quezada in giving the awards and certificate of appreciation to librarians.en_US
