| dc.description.abstract | The Quezon City Library and Information Center – District 3 libraries (Greater Project 4, Escopa II and III), PEKK (Progresibong Edukasyon tungo sa Kapayapaan at Kaunlaran) and Greater Project 4 Book Lovers Club joined together in launching the InterSchool Spelling Bee Contest in the year 2007. This activity aims to help the students improve their spelling, increase vocabularies, learn concepts, foster camaraderie among schools and promote the library as well. This was initially participated by 4 nearby public schools and later on joined by 3 nearby private schools. | en_US |
