| dc.description.abstract | The QC Public Library recently received truckload of books from Books For A Cause founded by Mr. Ramil Sumangil last July 12, 2016. The City Librarian, Ms. Emelita L. Villanueva, together with other librarians and staff went to select and pick-up books in their warehouse located along Pasong Tamo, Makati City. Also on the same day, Mr. Sumangil requested our City Librarian if they can transfer the remaining books to a place that will be recommended as temporary home, because their contract agreement with DMCI Homes for the use of their warehouse expired. Since both parties agreed to build partnership with the same cause/purpose, our City Librarian proposed the area in our Greater Project 4 Branch Library located in P. Tuazon Avenue, Brgy. Marilag, Quezon City. | en_US |
