| Abstract: | In line with the City Government’s thrust to provide better and more efficient service to QC residents, the Quezon City Public Library in coordination/partnership with our own Human Resource Management Department (formerly City Personnel Office) , conducted a seminar to our employees on August 26, 2016 with the theme ―Empowering QC Library Personnel to Deliver Effective and Efficient Services‖ held at the Main Library Building – Reference Area from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. |
