| Abstract: | Joining a contest, especially if it involves the accomplishment of your organization is not an easy task. Evaluating, analyzing and assessing the programs and projects of the library on culture and arts for submission to the agency that spearheaded the contest, the National Library of the Philippines (NLP), National Commission for Culture and the Arts-National Committee on Library and Information Services (NCCA- NCLIS), and Philippine Librarians’ Association Inc. ( PLAI) somewhat need teamwork and hard work. |
