dc.description.abstractThe QC government under the leadership of Mayor Herbert Bautista strongly complied to the Accessibility Law (Batas Pambansa 344), which is an ―act to enhance the mobility of disabled persons by requiring certain buildings, institutions, establishments and public utilities to install facilities and other devices.‖ This is through the construction of two elevators, which was formally opened for the exclusive use of target beneficiaries (see photo above) to improve the delivery of services to the PWDs, Senior Citizens and Pregnant women.en_US
