| Abstract: | Last March 4, 2015, ―World Read Aloud Day ― was co-celebrated at by the QCLIC initiated by LitWorld.org, a non profit organization founded by literacy expert and author Pam Allyn and its partner Vibal Publishing in coordination with the National Library of the Philippines (NLP). There were storytelling by ―Heneral Basa‖ and a Puppet show by the QCLIC Puppeteers. |
