| Abstract: | A new satellite reading and learning center located at Bgy. Dupax, Old Balara in District 3 in Quezon City was inaugurated on April 7, 2015. Councilor Allan Reyes cut the ceremonial ribbon assisted by the Asst. City Librarian Ms. Cynthia DJ. Tolado, Barangay Officials, Ms. Tess Mariano, Chief of the SSDD, and QCLIC staffs. This reading center is a project of Waterkonsult Equipment and Services, Inc., which is the leading non -revenue Water Reduction Equipment Supplier and Service provider in the Philippines. |
