| dc.description.abstract | To celebrate the National Children’s Book Day, the National Book Development Board (NBDB) and Philippine Board on Books for Young People (PBBY) signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) last June 2, 2015 at the NBDB office. The summit, entitled, ―Umuulan ng Libro: Philippine Children’s Book Summit‖ will be a gathering of authors, illustrators, publishers, librarians, educators, and students committed to this thriving and significant aspect of the book publishing industry.
