Aplasca, entered into a Memorandum of Agreement with the QCLIC, represented by the City Librarian, Ms. Emelita L. Villanueva, for support in terms of book donations and library organization for their prospective reading centers to be put up in strategic areas of their jurisdiction and thus transform the lives of the people who will use the library |
