dc.description.abstractThe Quezon City Library and Information Center- District 1 Branch Libraries conducted the 2015 Outreach Program at Tahan-tahanan on April 16, 2015. It is a center funded by the Philippine Charity and Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) and other organizations located at the lower ground floor of East Avenue Medical Center. Tahan-tahanan is a haven for indigent kids with cancer and they can stay there while they are having their treatment.en_US
