| Abstract: | For more than 60 years in the service of the community, QCPL has undergone dramatic changes in serving the informational, recreational and research needs of the clienteles from all walks of life. It has been very aggressive in helping the library users to become computer literate by providing free computer tutorials and also provide trainings to its staffs all for free. |
