dc.description.abstractLast May 14, 2012, the Quezon City Public Library led by Ms. Emelita Villanueva, City Librarian and her staff conducted a GAD related activity as part of its outreach program at the CRIBS (Create Responsive Infants By Sharing) Foundation located in Marikina City. The foundation started in 1974 by two women, wives of Lutheran missionaries who took home five sick babies from the Reception and Study Center for Children of the Department of Social Welfare and Development.en_US
