| Abstract: | The Cubao Branch Library promotes the value of reading among students and the youth in the community. It is vital to improve their English skills and to encourage learning outside the classroom. I believe that encouraging students and the youth to develop the love for reading is very important and helpful in their study, like doing their assignments and basically to develop their speaking skills and learn other knowledge outside the school. |
