| Abstract: | The City Librarian, Ms. Emelita Villanueva attended the 3rd NCR Librarians’ Congressional Meeting, at Sentro ng Karunungan Library, Manila City. last December 8, 2011. It was led by Atty. Antonio Santos, Director of the National Library. The series of monthly meetings which are held alternately in every library in Metro Manila serves as a dialogue between the head of public libraries and the National Library, being the lead library institution. |
