| Abstract: | Last September 2010, , The City Library intensified its partnership with the NGOs to help in different concerns of the library. A Memorandum of Agreement was signed in between the City Public library represented by its City Librarian, Ms. Emelita L. Villanueva and the Library Renewal partnership, through the initiative of our Vice Mayor Joy Belmonte. |
