Abstract
An Ordinance approving the subdivision plan of Hemady Heights, a two-storey four (4) residential units with duplex with attic eight (8) lots, containing an aggregate area of one thousand five hundred eighty six (1,586) square meters, covered by transfer certificate of deeds of Quezon City, registered in the name of yin enterprises and development corp., and located at lots 2-A and 2-B (LRC) PSD-59988, 64 and 74-A Hemady St. corner 12th St., New Manila, Barangay Mariana, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as applied for by owner, subject to the conditions prescribed under Quezon City Ordinance no. SP-56,S-93 and PD 957.
