Abstract

An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of Balay-ngo Association (Bangon) low-cost housing project (BP Blg. 220) with eighteen (18) lots, containing an area of one thousand two hundred fifty-seven square meters and thirty square decimeters (1,257.30 SQ.M.) covered by Transfer Certificates Title Numbered N-186288, N-186265, N-186274, N-186339, N-186289, N-186290 & N-186264 of the Registry Deeds of Quezon City, and located at lots 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, & 16, block 219, (LRC) PCS-20135, Guikder and Drachma Street north Fairview, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as applied for by Balay-ngo Associations (Bangon) Inc., subject to the conditions prescribed under Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-92 and Batas Pambansa Blg. 220.
