SpEd Hearts: Spreading Love for the Special Ones

Abstract

wo branches of Quezon City Public Library (QCPL) has successfully participated in promoting the welfare of children with special needs during the celebration of the 41st National Disability Prevention & Rehabilitation Week last July. A film showing and a forum dubbed as “Lokal na Pamahalaan: Kabalikat sa Pagtupad ng Karapatan ng mga Taong May Kapansaan” was conducted in the city’s library Cubao branch, while a puppet show held at Krus na Ligas Elementary School last July 23, 2019 in Krus na Ligas branch, both for the celebration of the occasion.
