Abstract

An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of a Socialized Residential Housing Project (BP Blg. 220) with thirteen (13) lots, Community Mortgage Program, containing an area of seven hundred forty-three (743) square meters, covered by transfer certificate of title numbered RT-83770 of registry deeds of Quezon City, and located at lot 597-O, FLS-2382-D, Asuncion Street., Joan of Arc, Barangay Gulod, Novaliches, Quezon City, Metro Manila, and applied for by the Samahang Magkakapitbahay ng Joan of Arc Homeowners Association, Inc., subject to the conditions prescribed under Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and Batas Pambansa BLG. 220
