Abstract

An Ordinance declaring a property forfeited in favor of Quezon City Government, through an auction sale, identified as block 20, PCS-04-000208, covered by transfer certificate of title (TCT) No. 258580, previously owned by royal monarch real estate corporation, containing an area of more or less one thousand two hundred eighty eight (1,288) square meters, located n Barangay Kaligayahan, Quezon City, as a socialized housing site, for the benefit of the City's qualified informal settler families (ISFs).
