Tabema Foods Inc./Justin Christian Ancheta for the construction of a Proposed 5-Storey Commercial Building with Lower Ground Floor located at Lot 631-B-3, (No. 192) Don Felipe Street, Barangay Tandang Sora, District VI, Quezon City, allowing Deviation from the Restrictions provided under Ordinance No. SP-2502, S-2016, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2016.
