A Resolution authorizing the Issuance of a Certificate of Eхсерtion to DG Spheroids Corporation, as represented by Mary Tracy De Guzman, for the construction and operation of an as-built: one (1)-Storey Industrial Building (warehouse and manufacture of container/bottles), covering a total floor area of six hundred fifty-five and 50/100 square meters (655.5 sqm.) Located at Lot 11, Block 1, Sauyo Road, Manchester 2 Industrial Compound, Barangay Bagbag, District V, Quezon City, allowing deviation from the restrictions provided under Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-2502, s-2016, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2016.
