Abstract

An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of Broadway Samahang Magkakapitbahay Association, Inc., located at Lot 10 Block 18 and Lot 11 Block 18 71st to 73rd Broadway Street, New Manila, District IV, Quezon City, covered by transfer certificate of title N-205753 of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City, containing an area of Three Thousand One Hundred Sixty Seven (3,167) Square Meters, as applied for by its HOA President Belina DC Rabanal, as variances/exemptions pursuant to section 9, rule III of the Implementing Standards, rules and regulations of Batas Pambansa Bilang 220.
