Abstract
An ordinance amending the 1990 Annual Budget of Quezon City approved under Ordinance No. NC-127, S-89 so as to place under the sole and direct supervision of the City Mayor developmental projects provided for under the Infrastructure Fund, and so as to transfer the sum of eighty million one hundred eleven thousand seventy-one pesos (P80,111,071.00) from the General Fund to the Infrastructure Fund.
