Uy for the construction and operation of a proposed 3-storey mixed-use building (commercial ground floor and industrial warehouse - 2nd and 3rd floors) with roof deck, covering a total floor area of 4,992.8 sqm located at Lots 48, 49 and 50, Susano Road corner Betzaida Street, Barangay San Agustin, District V, Quezon , allowing deviation from the restrictions provided under Ordinance of 2016
